Mainly in the Hospitality, Retail, and Tourism industries, now a marketing consultant working to improve digital literacy and create online business opportunities.

Brett has an MBA in management information systems and is also a trainer and assessor for marketing qualifications. He has years of experience in supervising marketing interns doing work with real-life customers, including teaching international students new to Australia (with poor English). Brett brings his experience of inducting hundreds of staff over the years into some of Australia’s biggest franchise system, and now bring that support to you through this course.
