The course outlines the process normally used by large businesses to retain staff, investing in the skills development of new employees, but without the expense of an HR department normally required to do an induction and probation for new employees. The online modules provide a safe place to develop skills using simple tools that allow new employees to do productive work faster, and gain the confidence needed to learn how to better serve clients of customers of any business.

This course is delivered by Brett, who is also the founder of the Inception Network. a passionate instructional designer and trainer, Brett also has 30 years of experience in starting and running small businesses. Mainly in the Hospitality, Retail, and Tourism industries, now a marketing consultant working to improve digital literacy and create online business opportunities.

Brett has an MBA in management information systems and is also a trainer and assessor for marketing qualifications. He has years of experience in supervising marketing interns doing work with real-life customers, including teaching international students new to Australia (with poor English). Brett brings his experience of inducting hundreds of staff over the years into some of Australia’s biggest franchise system, and now bring that support to you through this course.
